The Kupresanin Team
Anne and Brian are not only partners in business but also partners in life. We are two CPAs that have been happily married since 2014 and have one son, Nathan. We like to joke around about how you get two CPAs for the price of one if you become a client of ours.
We talk accounting in the home probably more than we should, but that’s just what happens when two CPAs get married and start an accounting firm.
It has become our passion and goal to work for ourselves and build an accounting firm from the ground up, which is what we have already started and continue to do. We truly want to partner with those people that can see the value of understanding their business better, and do not require the cost burden of a full-time accounting staff.
Anne Kupresanin
Anne has worked in the accounting industry since graduating from LSU in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science, majoring in Accounting, later earning her CPA licensure. Her career started in public accounting with a primary focus in tax, followed by serving as a controller in private industry where she led accounting and finance operations for two manufacturing companies, overseeing monthend close, payables, receivables, and payroll. After Nathan was born, Anne founded Kupresanin & Co with a mission to help small businesses thrive through reliable bookkeeping, precise tax preparation, and practical accounting support that’s often hard to find. Away from work, she loves reading, riding bikes, eating out whenever possible, traveling, and spending time with her family making new memories and discovering new experiences.
Brian Kupresanin
Brian has worked in accounting since 2007, after graduating from Ohio University with a Business Degree and an Accountancy major, later earning his MBA from Cleveland State. Licensed as a CPA, he’s built a career spanning public accounting, auditing, tax preparation, financial statement review, and more than a decade leading accounting operations in the waste services industry. As cofounder of Kupresanin & Co, Brian now focuses on helping small businesses succeed through practical bookkeeping, tax support, and financial guidance. Outside the office, he enjoys golfing, cooking and trying new restaurants, traveling, exploring nature, and playing video games — all with his family.
